An Act to empower the governing bodies of certain counties to authorize
the killing of raccoon.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The governing bodies of the counties of Charles City, James
City, York, Hanover, King William and New Kent may, by ordinance,
provide that any landowner, or a bona fide resident of land, may, at any
time, kill or cause to be killed any raccoon found upon such land.
