An Act to prohibit the possession of oysters on certain boats and to
prescribe penalties for violations.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any boat licensed to
catch crabs with a dredge to have or allow on board any oysters in excess
of five bushels. Any person violating any provisions of this act shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided by law.
