An Act to authorize and empower the Commission of Game and Inland
Fisheries and its assigns to grant and convey unto Virginia Electric
and Power Company, its successors and assigns, easements of right of
way over, upon, and across certaan property of the Commonwealth of
Virginia in New Kent County, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries and its successors
in interest and assigns be, and it is hereby, authorized and empowered to
grant and convey unto Virginia Electric and Power Company, its succes-
sors and assigns, easements of right of way for the construction, operation,
and maintenance of pole and tower lines, for the purpose of transmitting
electricity and supporting telephone wires, over, upon, and across property
of the Commonwealth of Virginia, known as the State Game Farm, in
Cumberland District of New Kent County, Virginia; said easements are to
be conveyed in exchange for such considerations and upon such terms and
conditions as may be agreed to by the Commission of Game and Inland
Fisheries and said Company. The instruments so granting and conveying
said easements of right of way shall be signed and executed in such manner
and form as may be authorized and directed by the said Commission.
§ 2. The authority granted by § 1 of this act shall be exercised only
upon the approval of the Governor first obtained in writing; and the instru-
ments executed in pursuance thereof shall be in form approved by the
Attorney General of Virginia.
