CHAPTER 386

An Act to amend and reenact § 58-6438 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
the inapplicabtlity of the road tax on motor vehicle carriers based on
certain gross receipts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 58-643 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:

§ 58-643. Article not applicable to certain gross receipts.—This
article shall not apply to gross receipts taxable under Article 4 or Article 14
of this chapter.
