CHAPTER 374
An Act to authorize the board of supervisors of Pittsylvania County to
convey a strip of land lying in the city of Danville, formerly in Prtt-
sylvania County and heretofore used as a part of the right of way of
State Road No. 125.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the board of supervisors of Pittsylvania County is hereby author-
ized to make a quitclaim conveyance to Dan River Mills, Incorporated,
of any interest of the county of Pittsylvania in certain land now lying
wholly in the city of Danville and heretofore used as a part of the right
of way for State Road No. 125, said land being eighteen-hundredths acre
and which was conveyed to Pittsylvania County by Riverside and Dan
River Cotton Mills, Incorporated, by deed dated July twenty-six, nineteen
hundred thirteen, to which reference is hereby made, the location of said
road having been changed by the city of Danville and new right of way
therefor having been acquired by said city, such conveyance by the said
board of supervisors to be made to said Dan River Mills, Incorporated,
when so requested by the city of Danville.
