CHAPTER 36
An Act to authorize certain counties to borrow funds.
Approved February 14, 1952
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. In order to meet a casual deficit in the revenue, any county having a
population in excess of thirty-two thousand and not in excess of thirty-
three thousand five hundred is authorized to borrow, upon such terms and
conditions as it deems proper, such sums of money as it deems proper but
not to exceed seventy-five thousand dollars. Such loans shall be repaid as
promptly as possible. — . ,
An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
