CHAPTER 296

An Act to amend and reenact § 58-640 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
reports of gross receipts by motor vehicle carriers subject to the road
tax based on gross receipts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 58-640 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:

§ 58-640. Reports to Commission.—Every person subject to the tax
imposed by § 58-638 shall make to the Commission such reports with
respect to the operation of motor vehicles, trailers or semitrailers operated
or caused to be operated by him as the Commission may require, from
time to time *.
