CHAPTER 283

An Act to amend and reenact § 21-133 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to compensation of treasurer in connection with sanitary district
bonds.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
bo That § 21-133 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 21-133. The treasurer shall receive * the reasonable cost of giving
surety on such additional bond or bonds as may be required of him, if
any, on account of his receipts heretofore or hereafter of such funds.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
