An Act to amend and reenact § 23-95 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
visitors of the Virginia Military Institute. 3 264)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
tn That § 23-95 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 23-95. No person except ex officio members shall be eligible to
serve for or during more than two successive four-year terms *; but after
the expiration of the remainder of an unexpired term to which appointed,
two additional four-year terms may be served by such a member if ap-
pointed thereto.
