CHAPTER 208
An Act to authorize the governing bodies of certain counties to provide
for the hunting of deer therein and to prescribe a bag lamit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. Notwithstanding any provision of § 29-145.1 or any other pro-
vision of law to the contrary, the governing body of the county of King
and Queen may provide that it shall be lawful to hunt deer in such county
at any lawful time and in any lawful manner but the bag limit and sex
of deer that may be killed shall be as herein provided.
The bag limit shall be one per day and not more than two per
season, one of which may be a doe.
2. This act shall terminate January six, nineteen hundred fifty-four.
