CHAPTER 156

An Act to repeal § 14-158 relating to limitation of the compensation of
the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Appeals and § 14-154 relating to
estimates of the expenses of clerks of circuit courts, of the Code of

1950.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 14-153 and 14-154 of the Code of 1950 are repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
