CHAPTER 141

An Act to amend and reenact § 19-188 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to the keeping together of the jury in a felony case so as to provide
that the jury shall not be kept together unless the court otherwise

directs.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 19-188 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:

§ 19-188. In any case of a felony * the jury shall not be kept together
unless the court otherwise directs. *
