CHAPTER 105

An Act to amend and reenact § 8 of Chap 484 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1950, approved April 7, 1950, relating to licenses to hunt certain
wild animals in certain counties, and to authorize certain payments
from the special fund created by that chapter. Ht 9811

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3 of Chap 484 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved
April 7, 1950, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 3. The special stamps herein provided for shall be obtained from
the clerk of the circuit court of the county who shall receive from the
special fund a fee of ten cents for each stamp so issued. Any person
violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction punished accordingly.
