Chap. 8.—An ACT for the Relief of William M. Buck.

Approved December 21, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money
not otherwise appropriated, in favor of William M. Buck, for
the sum of twenty-seven dollars and sixty cents, on account of
land tax improperly and erroneously assessed against him in
the county of Warren, and paid by him, for the years 1865,
1866, 1867, 1868 and 1869.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
