Chap. 52.—An ACT to Remove certain Causes commenced in the County
Courts to the Circuit Courts, and for other Purposes,

In force February 3, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general acsembly of Virginia, That.
where suits have been entered or commenced, and proceedings
had in conformity with section second of chapter one hun-
