Chap. 393,—An ACT to allow Judges of Certain Corporation or Hastings
Courts to Practice Law.

In force April 2, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it may be lawful for any judge of any corporation or hustings }!
court in this state, whose salary does not exceed one thousand ~
dollars per annum, to practice law in any court of this com-
monwealth other than their own courts.

2. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act ¢
be and the same are hereby repealed. c

3. This act shall be in force from its passage. C
