Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of 1950 be amended by adding a section nur
bered 30-22.1, as follows:

§ 30-22.1. List of legislative counsel or agents supplied Ge:
eral Assembly.—The Secretary of the Commonwealth shall furnis
to the Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Sena
at least once during each week of the active sessions of the Gener.
Assembly, the names of those persons who have filed or registered
as legislative agents and legislative counsel, or either, together
with the names and addresses of such person, firms, organizations
and corporations whom they represent or by whom they have been
employed.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
