AN ACT to amend and reenact § 63-204.14 of the Code of 1950
relating to the acquisition and operation of certain busines:
enterprises for the benefit of the blind so as to provide certain
exceptions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 63-204.14 be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 63-204.14. Filling vacancies with blind persons.—When an:
vending stand and other business enterprise operated in a publi
building becomes vacant for any reason whatsoever such vacanc’
shall be filled by employment of the blind, provided this shall no
apply to the lunch counter in the State Capitol which counte
shall be subject to the control of the clerk of the House o
Delegates.
