4N ACT to amend and reenact § 54-765 of the Code of 1950, re-

lating to the publication of a list of licensees and other in-
formation by the Virginia Real Estate Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
|. That § 54-765 of the Code of 1950 be amended and reenacted
is follows:

§ 54-765. Publication of list of licensees and other informa-
ion.—The Commission shall at least * annually publish a list of
the names and addresses of all licensees licensed by it under the
provisions of this chapter, and shall semiannually publish a list
of all persons whose licenses have been suspended or revoked
within one year; together with such other information relative
to the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter as it may deem
of interest to the public. One of such lists shall be mailed to the
county clerk or clerk of the corporation court in each county or
city of the State and shall be held by the county clerk or clerk of
the corporation court as a public record. Such list shall also be
mailed by the Commission to any person in this State upon request.
