CHAPTER 40

AN ACT to name a portion of a certain State highway and to
ampose duties on the State Department of Highways.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Vriginia:
1. That portion of State Highway Number 300 located within
the community of Powhatan shall hereafter be designated and
known as Marion Harland lane. The State Department of High-
ways shall appropriately designate such portion of State High-
way Number 300.
