Approved April 2, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act ap-
proved July eleventh, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled
an act to authorize the governor to exchange the arms of the
state for Roberts’ breech loading guns, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
