CHAPTER 358

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 57-5 of the Code of 1950 which
continued in force certain statutes applicable to R. E. Lee
Camp, No. 1, Confederate Veterans, as to wmpose certain
duties upon the Director of the Division of the Boe 507 ;

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 57-5 of the Code of 1950 be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 57-5. R. E. Lee Camp.—tThe act entitled “An act to
incorporate R. E. Lee Camp, No. 1, Confederate Veterans”,
approved March thirteen, eighteen hundred and eighty-four;
and the act entitled “An act making an annual appropriation for
the support of the home of R. E. Lee Camp, No. 1, Confederate
Veterans’, approved February twelfth, eighteen hundred and
eighty-six, shall continue in force.

The Director of the Division of the Budget shall be charged
with the care and maintenance of such property which is now
described as the R. E. Lee Camp Confederate Memorial Park.
