AN ACT to repeal Chapter 282 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946,
approved March 26, 1946, which provided for the creation
of police and firemen’s pensions and benefits in certain

counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 282 of the Acts of Assembly of 1946, ap-
proved March 26, 1946, be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
