AN ACT to amend and reenact §§ 54-165 and 54-181 of the
Code of 1950, relating to and regulating the practice of dentistry.

Be it enacted: by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 54-165 and 54-181 of the Code of 1950, be amended
and reenacted as follows:
§ 54-165. Receipts paid into State treasury and expenses
paid therefrom.—All funds accruing under this chapter shall
be paid into the State treasury. The expenses of maintaining
the Board shall be paid from the State treasury, upon voucher
signed by the president and secretary-treasurer of the Board.
when properly approved in conformity to law, out of funds ac-
cruing to the State Treasurer under the provisions of this chap-
ter, or such funds as are available for the payment of such
accounts. All funds in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars re-
maining at the end of each biennium after the payment of all
expenses ordered to be paid under the provisions of this chapter
shall revert to the general fund of the State treasury.
§ 54-181. Annual registration.—It shall be the duty of the
secretary of the Board to mail to each person, whose name ap-
pears upon the register of the Board, on or before January first
of each year, a printed blank form to be filled out by such per-
son, which form shall be returned to the secretary properly filled
out, together with the fee of * Five Dollars ($5.00) and shall re-
ceive therefor a registration certificate, stamped with the seal
of the Board.
