CHAPTER 197

AN ACT to require the governing bodies of certain counties to
make payments to certain persons.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The governing body of any county having a population of
not over twenty-one thousand three hundred and not less than
twenty-one thousand two hundred sixty shall pay the game
warden of such county for services rendered to the county a
salary of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred
dollars a month.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its
passage.
