Chap. 325.—An ACT to Incorporate the Agricultural and Industrial As-
sociation of Alexandria, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Arthur Her- 1
bert, Andrew Jamieson, John T. Beckham, John W. Green, *
George H. Robinson, P. B. Hooe, W. H. Fowle, Peter Wise ti
and A. J. Wedderburn, and such other persons as are now or
may be hereafter associated with them, be and they are hereby
constituted a body politic and corporate, by the name and style
of the Agricultural and Industrial Association of Alexandria,
Virginia, with a capital of not more than thirty thousand dol- c
lars, or less than five thousand dollars, to be divided into shares
of twenty-five dollars each, and with the right to hold lands r
not exceeding fifty acres. Ms
