Chap. 29.—An ACT Repealing the Act Passed March 28th, 1871, Declaring
Smith’s River, in the County of Henry, a Lawful Fence.
In force January 16, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act passed.
March the twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, enti-
tled “An act declaring Smith’s river a lawful fence in the
county of Henry,” be and is hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
