Chap. 206,—An ACT to Enable the Trustees of Mount Tabor Church, in
Augusta County, and their Successors in Office, to receive and hold a
Bequest under the will of Margaret Cale, deceased,

Approved March 20, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That :
the trustees of Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, in Augusta |
county, and their succesors in office, be and they are hereby |
empowered to receive and hold a bequest of twelve hundred .
dollars under the will of Margaret Cale, deceased, for certain |
purposes mentioned in said will.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. ,
