Chap. 7.—An ACT to amend Chapter 184 of the Acts of Assembly of 1934,
approved March 27, 1934, which provided for the management, control, main-
tenance and operation of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts by adding a new
section numbered l-a conveying certain rights to the Museum. [S 60

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1, That chapter one hundred eighty-four of the Acts of As-
sembly of nineteen hundred thirty-four, approved March twenty-
seven, nineteen hundred thirty-four, be amended and reenacted as
follows:
Section l-a. Subject to all other reservations contained in this
act there is hereby set apart and dedicated to the occupancy and
use of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in addition to property
heretofore so set aside and dedicated, the following described
portion of the Robert Edward Lee Camp Soldiers’ Home grounds:
Beginning at a point on the north of Grove Avenue two hundred
twenty-five feet west of northwest intersection of Grove Avenue and
the Boulevard in the city of Richmond, Virginia, and thence along
said north line of Grove Avenue in a westerly direction fifty feet to
a point, thence leaving Grove Avenue and extending north into the
Soldiers’ Home grounds along a line parallel to the west line of
the Boulevard three hundred seventy-nine and sixty-two hun-
dredths feet to a point, thence east and at right angles with said
last named line and on a line which, if made, would be an extension
of the south line of Hanover Avenue, and parallel to the north line of
Grove Avenue fifty feet to a point, thence parallel to the west line
of the Boulevard three hundred seventy-nine and sixty-two hun-
dredths feet to the point of beginning; all as shown on a certain
plat of survey dated December three, nineteen hundred forty-seven ;
made by the Section of Institutional Engineering of the Division of
the Budget of the Governor’s office.
