Chap. 170.—An ACT Declaring Thornton’s River a Lawful Fence.
Approved March 13, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Thornton's river be and the same is hereby declared a lawful
fence, from its confluence with the Hazel river in the county
of Culpeper to the dam of the Laurel mills in the county of
Rappahannock.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
