Chap. 166.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Section 5 of an Act enti-
tled an Act to Prescribe the Times for Holding the Circuit Courts of the
State, in force February 17th, 1873.

Approved March 13, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section five of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact an
act entitled an act to prescribe the times for holding the circuit
courts of the state, approved February seventeenth, eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:

Lifth circutt.

§ 5. Bedford—Third of May and third of October.
Campbell—Third Monday of May and October.
Appomattox—Twenty: second of April and twenty-second of
September.
Nelson—Twenty-fifth of March and second of September.
Amherst—Highth of April and thirteenth of September.
City of Lynchburg—First Monday of June and November.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
