Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to place or
use set nets and fyke nets in Chipoax Creek in the counties of
Surry and Prince George.

Section 2. Any person who violates any provision of this
act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
