Chap. 251.—An ACT to authorize the Virginia Commission for the Blind to
convey certain property. {H 267}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Subject to obtaining the approval of the Governor in
writing, the Virginia Commission for the Blind is authorized to
convey, upon such terms and conditions as it deems proper, to
the University of Virginia at Charlottesville the following described
property :

All that tract, piece or parcel of land consisting of one hundred
eighty-seven and one-half acres, more or less, adjoining the lands
of the University of Virginia, being the same property held by the
Commission for the purpose of conducting a school thereon for
certain children.
