Chap. 238.—An ACT to authorize the Governor to convey certain marsh lands
to the town of Tangier for use as a landing field. {H 372]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Governor is authorized to convey to the town of
Tangier the certain parcel of marshland on Tangier Island des-
cribed as bounded on the east by Robin’s River, on the south by
Canton Road, on the west by a gut parallel to Main Street and on
the north by a creek.
2. The land so conveyed shall be used as an airfield and upon
abandonment for five years shall revert to the Commonwealth.
