Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That section two, as amended, of chapter fifty-one of the
Acts of Assembly of nineteen hundred twenty-two, approved Feb-
ruary twenty-five, nineteen hundred twenty-two, be amended and
reenacted as follows:

Section 2. The State Board of Voting Machine Commission is
hereby abolished and all of its rights, powers, duties and functions
relating to voting machines are hereby transferred to, and vested in,
the State Board of Elections.
