Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That section five, of chapter three hundred eighty-four,
Acts of the General Assembly of nineteen hundred forty-four, as
amended, approved March thirty-one, nineteen hundred forty-four,
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
