Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. Section 1. It shall be unlawful to hunt, kill, or capture any
kind of squirrel in the counties of Spotsylvania, Albemarle, Flu-
vanna, Goochland and Louisa between January twentieth and
November twentieth.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars.
Section 3. Nothing in this act shall prevent any person from
hunting upon land owned by him.
