Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the bridge across the Norfolk and Western and Vir-
ginian Railroads on Colorado Street, in the town of Salem, on State
Highway Route Eleven, is hereby named “The J. Sinclair Brown
Bridge”, and the State Highway Commissioner shall so designate
the same by placing appropriate markers thereon.
