Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or
oot deer with a rifle or with a shotgun loaded with slugs in

Section 2. Any person yiolating any provision of this act: shall
guilty of a misdemeanor.
