Whereas, the former clerk of Patrick county, Honorable J. S. Tay-
or, through illness was unable to make timely reports of certain dog,
1unting, and fishing licenses sold through his office, thereby forfeiting
ees in the sum of three hundred forty-three dollars and thirty-five cents

Whereas, it would appear only just that Mr. Taylor be paid the fees
lost through no fault of his own; Now, therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. There is hereby appropriated out of funds in the State treasury
to the credit of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries the sum
of three hundred forty-three dollars thirty-five cents, to be paid by the
State Treasurer to J. S. Taylor on warrants of the Comptroller.
