An Act to amend and reenact § 46.1-299, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, relating to devices signalling intention to turn or stop and rules therefor.

Chap. 261.—An ACT to make it unlawful to hunt or shoot deer with a rifle in
New Kent county. [H B 31]]

Approved March 25, 1946

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or shoot
deer with a rifle, at any time, in New Kent county.

Any person violating any provision of this act shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
