Chap. 74.—An ACT to fix the terms, and days for commencing same, of the circuit
court of the Thirty-Fifth Judicial Circuit. [S 147]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. In the circuit court of the thirty-fifth judicial circuit consisting
of the County of Arlington there shall be held five terms of court a
year commencing on the third Monday of February, April, June, October
and December.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
