Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. In order to provide for the education in medicine and dentistry
of properly qualified Negroes of Virginia, the governing board of the
Virginia State College for Negroes is authorized to contribute to the
cost of the education of a maximum of twenty-five medical students and
ten dental students at Meharry Medical College, located at Nashville,
