Whereas, H. Elmer Kiser, county clerk of Tazewell County, failed to
make report of his collection of hunting and fishing licenses for the quar-
ter ending September thirty, nineteen hundred forty-three, within the time
prescribed by law but did make such report and remittance on November
ten, nineteen hundred forty-three, and because of such delay he forfeited
his commissions thereon, amounting to the sum of four hundred eleven
dollars and twenty cents ; and
Whereas, it seems proper and right that Mr. Kiser should be paid
the commissions earned by him in making such collections; now, there-
fore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Comptroller is authorized and directed to draw his warrant
on the State Treasurer, chargeable against the special fund in the treas-
ury to the credit of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, in
favor of H. Elmer Kiser for the sum of four hundred eleven dollars and
twenty cents.
