Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter forty-three of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen
hundred twenty-six, approved February twenty-six, nineteen hundred
twenty-six, closing certain streams to fishing in Alleghany and Craig
counties and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed.
