Chap. 341.—An ACT to amend and re-enact Chapter 49, Acts 1932, entitled “An
act to provide quarters for veterans’ organizations.”, approved March 4, 1932,
so as to extend the provisions to certain other veterans’ organizations. [H 375}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That chapter forty-nine, Acts nineteen hundred thirty-two, en-
titled ‘‘An act to provide quarters for veterans’ organizations.”, approved
March fourth, nineteen hundred thirty-two, be amended and re-enacted,
as follows:
The Director of the Division of Grounds and Buildings shall, when
he deems it practicable, provide in the State Office Building, or other
office space owned or under lease by the State, quarters for all organiza-
tions composed entirely of war veterans, upon the application of the de-
partment commander thereof.
Such quarters shall consist of two contiguous rooms which shall
be for the exclusive use of the State or department headquarters of
such organizations.. The membership referred to herein shall be as shown
at the last annual meeting or convention of each of such organizations
previous to the application required.
Until such time as space is furnished as hereinbefore - ‘provided, the
Governor may permit the use of such room or rooms in the otabe Capitol
as neve not been specifically otherwise assigned.
