Chap. 216.—An ACT to authorize and empower the Commission of Game and
Inland Fisheries to grant to Virginia Electric and Power Company certain
easements of right of way across the State Game Farm in New Kent County,
Virginia, for the construction, maintenance and operation of electric transmis-
sion lines. {(H 323]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is authorized to
grant and convey to Virginia Electric and Power Company, its successors
and assigns, upon such terms and conditions and for such compensation
as the Commission deems proper, easements of electric light and power
transmission lines now existing on, over and across the State Game Farm
in New Kent County, Virginia. The instruments so granting and con-
veying the easements of right of way shall be signed and executed in such
manner and form as authorized and directed by the Commission of Game
and Inland Fisheries, and shall be subject to approval by the Governor.
The instrument shall provide for the reversion of the easements to the
Commonwealth of Virginia in the event of abandonment of the right of
wavy by the Virginia Electric and Power Company or its assigns.
