fession, vocation, trade, calling or art to file a copy of each examination given
with the Secretary of the Commonwealth as a public record and to provide

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. Every State agency authorized at any time to conduct examina-
tions of applicants for admission to practice or pursue any profession,
vocation, trade, calling or art shall file a copy of each examination within
a period of ten days after it is given with the Secretary of the Common-
wealth where it shall be lodged and preserved for a period of at least
two years as a public record accessible to any person desiring to examine
it during usual business hours. After the expiration of two years from
the time of the filing of each copy, the Secretary of the Commonwealth
may withdraw and destroy it.
