Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter two hundred seventy of the Acts of Assembly of
nineteen hundred thirty-eight, approved March twenty-sixth, nineteen
hundred thirty-eight. relating to squirrels in Halifax county, is hereby
repealed.
