Chap. 13.——An ACT to permit the Board of Visitors of the College of William and
Mary to dispose of a certain tract, piece or parcel of land in Bruton District,
York County, title to which is in the College of William and Mary. {H 1]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Board of Visitors of the College of William and Mary
in Virginia, be and it is hereby authorized and empowered, with the ap-
proval of the Governor, to sell and convey a tract, piece or parcel of land.
situate on Waller’s Mill Road, in Bruton District, York County, Virginia,
commonly known as the “Brick Hangar”, and which property is no
longer needed by the College for College purposes.

2. An emergency existing, this act shall be in force from its passage.
